Gotta add tho… my favorite picture is the bicycle. That’s just… art:P been standing there since i came back from Spain.. and that’s “last year”… :p

I bought myself one of these milk with taste thingies today.

Now… if you are norwegian, you probably get it by looking at the pictures, but for those who don’t do norwegian, and needs transelation, here goes:

“How many times do you turn the carton? And how fast and how long do you keep on doing this? Are you sure you really don’t want a milkshake? Well, Litago Milkshake has finally arrived. So cool it’s recommended.”

Now, the last sentence is freely transelated. This is because it’s a norwegian wordplay.

I had my exams, and I thought when christmas comes I’ll make up for the neglected blogging. Turned out I was knoked out so that my head hasen’t come above the surface until now. So here you have some, to make up for my neglect: :)

2010, Two-thousand and ten, Twenty ten. Two zero one zero. It doesn’t look right to me… Sounds like science fiction… sounds like the future…

I guess i was born too long ago or something, back at elementary school i remember writing a text on where i though i would be in 2020, long story short, i have to come up with a way to get to the moon and start living there within 10 years… wish me luck!

Time is crazy… Feels like yesterday that we had the Y2K issue… everyone was freaking out, but nothing major happen… That is, my computer actually crashed (it was OLD), but after some prayer, i finally was able to boot into the BIOS and change the time back a few years; worked like a charm. And then 2001 is a year most of us feels like just happen. But somehow, here we are, 10 years later.

Anyway, I wish you all a happy new year, and hope it will be a good one for you and the people around you (Yeah, you have to be good too :p). I hope you all have some good new years resolutions :) Mine are 1366×768 and 2560×1024.

Not sure if it’s only me, but saying Merry Christmas so soon is strange to me… Not that it actually is soon, but it feels soon. I can’t deny that an actual year has gone by since last Christmas, but it sure doesn’t feel like it…

Well, I’m just gonna close my eyes, hold my ears and sing lalalalala, and pretend it isn’t true… It might work…

Christmas came early to #db this year, as the Bob bot family was killed, and the result was the feeling of a clean and refreshed channel :) It made us wonder how we came up with the stupid idea to create them in the first place. We promise not to introduce similar silliness in the future :p

This years Christmas gift is once again a free mIRC license to those who don’t have one. Just let me know and i’ll hook you up with it. For those of you that already have a mIRC license… Sorry!? :p Let me know if you have any other great ideas for next year, as the mIRC license isn’t really a Christmas limited offer, but it’s only re-announced at Christmas :p

For this year, my best advice is to create an account on Sprakfun, where you at Jan 7. 2010 can get a wopping 100$ off any order (if your fast), i will try to get my hands on a long wanted GPS logger :D.

It’s my way, or the highway.
We tend to want things done our way, especially when it comes to our own lives. We want to be in control, make the choices, try, fail, and learn the hard way. Somehow, we think we know better, we feel qualified, intelligent and experienced. After all, living life can’t be that hard!? Can it?

And so we go on living our lives to the best of our knowledge. Or, to the best of some of our knowledge to be honest; because, we cheat a lot at this game called life, and quite frankly, we like cheating. More or less  constantly we do things we know we shouldn’t and so, we ignore some of our knowledge and\or conscience. Quite often we convince ourselves that it’s OK, that the things we do or don’t do, is minor compared to the big picture. We think we know it all, although we never say it out load, or even realize that this is what we believe, but all to often our actions proclaim it.

The Bible tells us a different story indeed, and i pray for myself and for you, that we will come to our senses and realize the truth.

God knows best, and he wants our best. You don’t know best, I don’t know best, not any of us sinful beings from earth, the fallen planet, know best. Think about it for a moment, if you have to make an important decision, and you have two choices, either you choose the decision of some brilliant professor, which he has based on research and knowledge over a wast period of his life, or you choose the decision of our God, the creator, all knowing, all powerful, all seeing, forever existing, …, you get the picture. What would be the best choice?

Let our choice be Him.

All we have to do, is to every day, choose Christ. It doesn’t matter what we did yesterday. It doesn’t matter that Satan uses to win. Our God is much much stronger that that. All to often we fail to realize that. It’s like he’s up there, and most of the time he’s not doing much, because no one down here believes he can, and even fewer let him do anything.

Now don’t get me wrong, God is not sitting on his couch twisting thumbs in boredom, but i hope you got what i was trying to say; God is limited by what we allow him to do, he respects our free will that he so lovingly have given us.

My Life Today – Page 292

It is true that disappointments will come; tribulation we must expect; but we are to commit everything, great and small, to God. He does not become perplexed by the multiplicity of our grievances, nor overpowered by the weight of our burdens. His watchcare extends to every household, and encircles every individual; He is concerned in all our business and our sorrows. He marks every tear; He is touched with the feeling of our infirmities. All the afflictions and trials that befall us here are permitted, to work out His purposes of love toward us–”that we might be partakers of His holiness,” and thus become participants in that fullness of joy which is found in His presence.

So, let us come to our senses, and make the best choice; letting God choose! Or maybe we should say, let us come to Gods senses.

Have a Happy Sabbath, and trust in God to lead your life. He knows our needs, and longs our best.
