Home made marzipan, the best in the world:
makes 1 kg:

500 g almons, put in boiling water for a couple of minuits to make the skin loosen. then you take it out and remove the skin. Let skinless almons dry, preferely over night. Chop almons as fine as you can with a citchen mashine. Remember, dont make almon butter, so dont let the machine chop for too long after it’s choped fine.

500 g powdered sugar (melis) Mix it with the almons.

3 egg whites. mix it together. I know three egg whites seem like a little, but if  you just knead it long enough it becomes a perfect marzipan mix.

If you want to you can roll the mazipan into little balls and cover them with chocolate. The perfect easter sweet.

Yes… me and eM just set up a couple of new servers, and i copied the files and bots from the “old” irc to this new one..
